menu bar subojects are in disable mode

HI experts,

   i tried to create a menu bar in already existed program. but problem here is subojects are in disable mode.

like customer->ADD here in my case 'ADD' is in disable mode.

earlier in program SET PF-STATUS 'STATUS_9001'. i tried by copying all the status to ZSTATUS_9001.but still it is in disable mode.

SET PF-STATUS 'ZSTATUS_9001'.
