Badi or user exit for RE_RHAKTI00

Hello experts,

We are using Tcode RE_RHAKTI00 for changing the status of Position in OM.

I need to send email notifications whenever the status of the position is changed for eg planned to

submitted , rejected , approved etc.

Please suggest any user exit or BADI to implememt this requirement .

I tried using SE24 bt could not succeed.
