Tooltip is not displayed for a user

Hi,

On my SAP system, a user cannot display tooltip when text is truncated in an ALV grid. In attachment, I give an example with my own user and it works well.

Can anybody tell me where is the setting so this user can also display tooltip when text is truncated?

For information, this is not in "Customize local layout"/Options/interactions design/Notifications: this setting works only for SAP buttons.
